Managedwill Mold Help is a referral service. We connect homeowners who found mold with independent local providers. If you run a mold business, you can join our network and receive homeowner requests from the Romeo area.

These are not jobs with us. You stay independent. You run your own company, set your own quotes and choose which work to take.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for independent businesses that offer one or more of these services:

• Residential mold remediation
• Black mold removal
• Mold inspection and testing

You should serve Romeo or nearby towns in MI. Experience with local homes helps, such as full basements with sump pumps, older frame houses, bungalows and ranch homes.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often worried when they reach out. We ask providers to be patient and clear. In return, you get a steady way to meet people who need help.

We expect providers to:

• Hold any licenses, insurance and certifications your area requires
• Give written quotes before work starts
• Explain findings and pricing in plain language
• Respond to homeowners as quickly as your schedule allows
• Be honest about what your work can and cannot do

You are responsible for your own work, contracts and claims about your credentials.

• Your license or certification details, where they apply
• A way for homeowners to reach you

We will review your note and reply with next steps. Sending an email does not guarantee a place in the network.
